A couple months back I measured my body fat percentage. 33% Whoah! For my age that puts me in the "above average" category. Now I do like being above average but not for fat!
I knew I had some flabs but I didn't think it was THAT much. LOL

So what am I gonna about it? I'm gonna make like this girl on youtube and get lean!
